  • Klarna – Choose flexible payment options, including Pay in 3 or Pay Later, subject to Klarna's eligibility criteria.


All orders are subject to payment authorisation and fraud prevention checks. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised. Shipping Information
 

We are committed to delivering your jewellery quickly, securely and at reasonable cost. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched using a fully tracked delivery service, giving you peace of mind from dispatch through to delivery.

Our UK shipping process includes:

  • Royal Mail Tracked Service – All orders are sent using a fully tracked Royal Mail service, allowing you to monitor your parcel every step of the way.

  • Fast Dispatch – Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Tracking Information – Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

  • Secure Packaging – Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

  • Delivery Updates – You can track your parcel online using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email
