Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returns
Items must be returned:

In their original condition.

Unused and unworn unless you are exercising your legal right to inspect the goods.

With all original packaging where reasonably possible.

With any accessories or accompanying documentation.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund without undue delay.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when placing the order. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative cards, bank accounts or payment methods.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned goods for your refund to be processed. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights. We will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:​

Personalised or custom-made items unless faulty.

Gift cards.

Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
